Either Way

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This is a copy of the Either Way privacy policy published at dropsquid.com/EitherWay/privacy.

This policy explains how the Either Way Android game handles information. Either Way is published by DropSquid. For privacy questions, contact support@dropsquid.com.

Either Way does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Game progress, scores, achievements, and preferences stay on your device.

Information the game handles

Either Way does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, or other personal information. The game does not use account sign-in, advertising, analytics, or a cloud game service.

To provide gameplay, the game may save information such as progress, scores, statistics, achievements, and game preferences in the app's local storage on your device. This information is used only to operate the game and is not sent to DropSquid.

Device access and permissions

Either Way does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or shared files. If you enable an optional device feature such as vibration, Android may provide the limited device access needed for that feature. The game does not use that access to identify you.

Sharing and third-party services

DropSquid does not sell, rent, or share Either Way gameplay information because the game does not transmit that information to us. Either Way does not include third-party advertising or analytics services.

Google Play may process information needed to distribute, update, secure, and support the app under Google's own terms and privacy policy. That platform processing is separate from information collected by the game itself.

Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Either action removes the locally stored progress and settings. Because DropSquid does not receive this local game information, we cannot restore it after deletion.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can respond to your request. Your email provider may process and retain that correspondence under its own privacy practices. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to ask that information you provided in a support request be deleted, unless retention is required by law.

Children's privacy

Either Way does not ask players of any age to provide personal information and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to support may contact us to request its deletion.

Security

Local game information is protected by your device's security settings. This policy page is served over HTTPS. No device, email, or internet service can guarantee absolute security.
